Note to applicants: we’re located in Moscow currently, and the HQ will move to a leading web3 location at the next investment round.
We build at the intersection of cloud and web3 tech to provide high speed on-chain infrastructure-as-a-service for our clients. We let people around the world to join our pool of nodes and gain revenues just like the cloud providers do. We stand out from other on-chain cloud providers in that clients’ data is always secure with us due to built-in segregation of data and keys: they are never stored on the same node.
On-chain data insecurity was the last obstacle on the blockchain’s way to $1Tn cloud market. Together we will break this obstacle.
What you will do
As a cofounder and CTO you will hire and lead the extraordinary development team. You’ll be the key executive decision-maker and the board member. You will participate in investment rounds activities, exploring new opportunities, and managing finances.
Requirements
1+ years of Go development experience
Knowledge of Cosmos SDK
Knowledge of cryptography and consensus algorithms
Excellent communication and team management skills
Ability to explain complex concepts with simple words
Ability to speak in front of a large audience
Trustworthiness and work ethics
Excellent verbal and written English
You're confident, that the Decentralised Cloud Computing is the future, worth hundreds of billions
You’re willing to devote yourself fully after the first VC investment round
You don't judge or accuse others; you aren't afraid to look stupid, to admit your failures or weaknesses, and to admit when you're wrong; you have a superpower
You live in Moscow, aiming at US, UK, UAE, Singapore or other places on Earth
You aren't a perfectionist, neither am I, so perfect match is not required
